After working tirelessly in the medical field during the COVID-19 pandemic, I decided to treat myself to a Land Rover Range Rover—a vehicle I had dreamed of for years. It was meant to be a well-deserved reward, but my excitement quickly turned into disappointment when the car began having issues soon after purchase.

Despite knowing Land Rovers’ reputation for maintenance needs, I was surprised by how frequently my vehicle had problems, the long wait times for parts, and the challenges in getting service appointments. Even though the dealership was professional, the car itself fell short in terms of reliability. This led me to file a lemon law claim—a process that turned out to be far more complicated than I expected.
